Buyer Agreement - All terms and conditions set forth below regarding online purchases.
Buyer - an individual or legal entity that pays for the goods and services listed on the site by paying through the technical capabilities provided by arizon.az, as well as agrees with the terms of this "Buyer's Agreement".
Seller - a legal entity that sells its goods on the Site and determines the terms of sale and delivery.
ARIZON - a legal entity that organizes the sale of goods and services in its own electronic space for the purpose of sale ("ARIZON" LLC).
The site is ARIZON's "www.arizon.az" website, an online shopping site for goods and services.
Products - Any goods, services, supplies, materials posted on the Site.
Order - In order to receive products from the Site for delivery to the address specified by the Buyer, fill in the relevant form available on the Site and send it to the seller or in electronic form.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
The subject of the agreement is the purchase by the buyer of the products displayed on the site for personal and other purposes. The terms of this agreement apply to all goods and services currently on sale on the site.
The buyer who orders goods from the site states that he fully agrees with the terms of this agreement.
Products sold on the site, as well as the terms of sale are considered a general offer in accordance with Article 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The seller may change the terms of purchase without notifying anyone before the purchase is made.
The purchase is considered to have taken place if the buyer has paid the cost of the product in any form.
By filling out the order form on the site, the buyer does not object to the use of contact information by the seller or other persons identified by the seller. This includes sending various discount companies and other related information to the buyer in the future.
The buyer does not object to the seller entrusting the performance of its obligations to third parties by placing an order, and the seller is responsible for the actions of third parties in connection with the order that go beyond this agreement.
The buyer can use the services of the site at any time of the day, month, year, except for the days of maintenance work on the page "www.arizon.az", in addition to the cases mentioned below and force majeure. The Site or the Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer is harmed if the Site ceases to exist at any time due to reasons beyond the control of the Site, as well as the impossibility of the Site and the Seller to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement.
Pictures of goods intended for sale on the site may not be 100% identical to the purchased goods, as they are illustrative. If there is a significant gap in the information, the buyer can send a written request to [email protected].
Despite the fact that the ordered goods are not in stock, the seller cancels the order by notifying the buyer as soon as possible. The seller is not responsible for any real damage to the buyer as a result of the cancellation of the order.
The seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order as a result of incorrect information provided by the buyer.
After placing the order, the seller informs the buyer about the date, time and other conditions of delivery of the order, depending on the distance of the buyer's address.
If there is an objective reason for this, the delivery time and date of the products may be changed unilaterally by the seller.
The buyer may submit his / her complaints to the Site Administration electronically regarding delivery or other problems.
Delivery of products is limited only to the state borders of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In other cases, the Buyer must send an e-mail request to the Site.
Unless otherwise requested, the order shall be delivered in person to the buyer or to any third party at the address indicated.
The buyer (or third party) receiving the shipped product must inspect the goods on the spot when receiving the goods from the courier.
The buyer is responsible for the damage caused to the goods after the delivery of the product.
The price of goods sold on the site is indicated in Azerbaijani manats, including taxes.
The price of the goods on the site may be changed unilaterally by the seller.
The seller may unilaterally apply a discount to his goods.

The buyer's order can be canceled:
- If the buyer unreasonably refuses to buy any goods 4 times in a row.
- If there is a suspicion that the buyer is carrying out illegal operations, as well as demonstrates unethical behavior.
These actions should be understood not as discrimination against consumers, but as prevention of material loss of the seller.

Terms of return of goods are regulated by the Law "On Consumer Protection". If the goods are returned in cases not due to the fault of the seller, the costs of return are charged to the buyer.
The seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to the buyer as a result of using the goods in a manner inconsistent with their purpose.
Relations on the use of personal data as a result of using the site are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".
The warranty period for the products is determined by the manufacturer of the goods.
All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, execution, termination and invalidity, shall be settled, first of all, through honest and friendly negotiations between the parties. If such a dispute is not resolved between the parties within 5 working days, then the dispute shall be resolved by the relevant courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
